File Check √ is a service that now allows carriers to store their “Setup Documents” electronically on the Internet Truckstop® website.

In order to have your documents added to our website, you will need to fax us a copy of your operating authority permit, your certificate of insurance and your w-9 information. Due to the increased threat of identity theft we ask that you do not include your tax ID number and/or social security number. As an added security measure a pin number is required to allow brokers access to your documents.

To set up your pin number go to www.truckstop.com, Company Profile and the FileCheck Pin section. (NOTE: 1234 or 1111 are not acceptable pin numbers).

No more faxing from truckstops, no more waiting until they get the paperwork to give you a load, this will be on demand in seconds when you need it. All carriers that have their file information stored with us will receive a v symbol in the trucks list, on their truck posting details page, and on your CPR report. This is an indicator to brokers and shippers that your setup information is available on demand from the Internet Truckstop.
